The future of warehouse automation
Robots either can’t handle the messy reality of the warehouse, are too slow, or require too much expensive customization for broad adoption. Pickle Robot tackles all these problems.
We’re starting by solving two Pickles

Dill, the Sort Pickle
Sorting packages is error prone and labor intensive. We’ve designed a robot that picks up to 500 packges per hour (PPH) from a conveyor and sorts to more than 5 gaylords or other types of bins. It’s modular. Two robots can pick off the same conveyor, doublng the PPH and number of sort exits.

Big Dill, the Unload Pickle
The loading dock is a physically demanding work environment with extremely high rates of turnover in part due to injury. It’s hot and heavy in there. We’ve designed a robot that never gets tired, hot, or injured and picks consistently at 800 PPH.
